DIRECTOR & FOUNDER
Hi there! I am Sanet Owen, CEO & Founder of LadyGroup.
My vision for the future of GiftLady is to continue building on the foundation of family and incorporating this with all our parcels.
I am proud mom of three, and love the fact that we are small, but powerful team of strong women!
My ideal gift hamper would include a mixture of pamper goodies, a quality bottle of red wine, and something sweet.
SHANON
MANAGEMENT
My name is Shanon, and I started my GiftLady journey way back in 2018 as a student.
From wrapping of hampers, backend website assistance, to stock control, I worked my way up the ladder to GiftLady’s manager.
I love all things pretty, girly, and expensive!
My goal for GiftLady is to continue spreading love and happiness with our carefully curated gifts that will leave your loved ones feeling loved and extra special.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS
Hey! I’m Lisa 😊
The loud and happy one in the Gift Lady office. (OR The loud ray of sunshine in the Office.)
I handle customer relations with 10 years of experience under my belt. Customer service is my superpower; it’s more than just a job to me.
Friendly by nature, a proud dog mom, a wino, and a foodie. I always strive to find the positive in every situation—it’s always there if you look for it!
BIANCA
ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGER
Hi! My name is Bianca aka Sister Bethina – I am the Assistant Operations Manager, helping ensure the boat stays afloat and that our hampers have all the goodies they need.
If I could choose a hamper, it would be one of our golden oldies – The Fine Wine Hamper (It has everything in it that’s good!)
If I am not at work, I spend time on the dance floor as a competitive Ballroom & Latin Dancer, making floral hair pieces and spending time with my loved ones.

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
My name is Stephanie, I have been working at GiftLady for almost 2 years, and I am truly loving every minute of it! I’m a sensitive & shy girl, but also a true Gemini. ♊
Laughing is my superpower-especially when I feel awkward or nervous! 😂

WRAPPING QUEEN
I’m Peggy, and I have been the Ribbon Queen at GiftLady for the past 15 years!
I am a bubbly individual and social butterfly who loves to dance. Each gift and hamper I wrap is done with a whole lot of love. My favourite thing about working at GiftLady is that I get to use my creative personality to the fullest.

HEAD OF DESIGN
It’s Lois, like Lois Lane! I am the Head of Design here at GiftLady, and it is no secret that I have the funnest job ever! My days are spent creating beautiful, fun, and unique hampers. True to GiftLady, I have been spreading happiness nationwide since 2025!

Hi! I am Annabel, I am a psychology student with a passion for all things artsy. I am always brainstorming new ideas and bringing them to life! When I am not hitting the books, you can find me assisting with designs, edits, and hampers!
